Well, a very new idea to the small business world has come out...something I'm very excited about: Macromedia Contribute. It pools ideas from both sides...the web designer and the small business itself. It's great for the small business, due the fact it's pretty straight-forward to edit a page...instead of taking days to make changes by the designer.
