free Google ranking report and internet marketing tools for beginners and small businesses
Want to know what search engine marketers use when finding the right keyword phrases for their client's websites? Although this does only list google, I also found that it had some more information on MSN and AOL too.
This google ranking report has some tools that let you search google and see if you rank (just like a regular google search). But, it also has the Overture keyword phrase finder. Basically, type in a keyword phrase and see if people are searching overture for it. If they are, it displays how many people searched for that term and some other suggestive terms. Finally, it lists optimization tips and techniques. Albeit somewhat general, it does offer some great hints for beginners and some advanced techniques.
Overall, it's worth a read and the tools are right there, ready for you to search.
