Do you think Naples, Florida is a great place to have a Real Estate company on the internet? You bet it is! Below is a portion of an article where people are regularly hunting for real estate in the Naples area. And, for him, it's doing VERY well. Take a look:

Indeed, a condominium Bozzo bought four years ago for about $220,000 is now selling for two and a half time that amount. One he bought earlier this year for $279,000 is on the market today for $379,000.
Mike Bozzo isn’t alone. With the housing market booming, 22 million people are visiting real estate Web sites every month. But before you jump on the Internet and start buying, beware — this is still a risky business, and it’s made even riskier by doing it on the Internet.
Bozzo confines his surfing to Naples, Fla. Not just because housing has appreciated 93 percent there in the last five years, but also because he’s been going there since he was a teenager and he knows the area."

It's funny, but in these days of business, it's so hard to find & keep good employees at work. I've seen many businesses go through them like water. Especially if you live and work in the southwest Florida area. In Naples alone, I can head to the grocery store & notice the entire work force has changed. And the ones who come in aren't even close to being as good as the last series of people. We all wonder why the service industry continues it's downward spiral. Two main factors: pay & management. Now, pay won't change...there will always be people who work & can barely make it. But, management does change. And, your clients do know it.
Listed below are some great, golden rules for management to adhere from. And, if you are wondering...yes, this was sent to one of the businesses that I conduct business with. They received this letter & it pretty much sums up what many other management systems lack here in the Naples & Fort Myers area. These are the rules THAT MANAGEMENT SHOULD FOLLOW. Take a look:
1. Treat your employees how you would like to be treated.
2. Keep in mind that employees already know that you are the boss...you do not need to remind them constantly.
3. Be human, show concern for others around you.
4. Do not flaunt your success, instead show others how to achieve it.
5. Treat employees as equals; after all your success depends on the teams.
6. Give employees equal time; their expertise and ideas have validity since they do their specific job each and every day.
7. Praise in public. This helps employees to gain respect from their peers.
8. Follow up with employees frequently to discuss their strengths and weaknesses. DO THIS IN PRIVATE and do not tell others since this creates animosity and distrust.
9. Realize that employees (particularly new ones)will not understand your instructions the first time; you may have to explain again in another way. KEEP IN MIND NOT TO CRITICIZE, INSTEAD ADVISE.
10. Let each employee know how much you appreciate them and realize how difficult and tedious their jobs can be.
11. It is true that your employees do not earn as much as you do, yet this does not mean that you are a better person, you are just simply better paid for the additional work that you do and for the additional excitability that is expected of you.
12. And finally, LEAD your employees to become more successful and you will find that you will be too; and you will find that your employees will be happier and more successful because of your leadership abilities.
If you are a manager in Florida (or just about anywhere else), follow these and I'll guarantee that productivity & overall happiness will be seen in your office. Not to mention keeping clients.
