Jelks Preseve 5 Mile Walk

Located in Venice, Florida, Jelks preserve is a wonderful self-guided tour. Included is the route that I took...five miles and I'm proud of it!

There are a total of 19 gates and side area walks throughout the preserve. If you go there, take the map that's in the front. The posted signs as you go along are quite small and can be easy to miss. Also, you may run into some animals. So far I've been able to see an armadillo, vulture, numerous squirrels, and a raccoon. And, don't pass up the view of the Myakka river at marker #2. You can even bring your lunch there and listen to nature.

So, if you're looking for a true Florida preserve, Jelks Preserve in Venice is great and there's no cost for admission. If you have any questions, please comment. I'll be happy to pass on some advice.

Venice Florida Webmaster
Some of you may know that I conduct business in Naples. Now I am happy to announce that I will be able to help out the Venice area too. I now have a home office in Venice, Florida that will allow me to meet, greet, and do all the projects that a webmaster can do. So, if you are looking for web design, internet marketing, or have a special 'only a webmaster-can-do' request, please let me know.

If you would like more proof of what I can do, please visit my portfolio page and/or visit EyeMagination. That company was established in 2002 & continues to run smoothly. Also, the prices haven't changed since 2002. So, we're usually cheaper than the other web design & marketing firms.

Portfolio Update...
In my design career, I find that most people are more visual. This idea was later confirmed to me while studying (for many years) the patterns of the sites that I have designed. So, to me, it would seem natural that I should update my portfolio page to include photos instead of text links. Not only that, but I've added a special script where you can get a large preview of the site before going to it.
